Mechanism of Action & Benefits
- Regulates intestinal microbiota; prevents and treats diarrhea
- A thermotolerant lactic acid bacterium that tolerates fermentation and processing temperatures of 45–50°C (up to 60°C), producing acid rapidly and imparting good texture and flavor to products
- Produces exopolysaccharides composed primarily of galactose, glucose, and rhamnose, along with N-acetylgalactosamine, fructose, and acetylgalactose
- Resistant to certain bacteriophages
Recommended Dosage
Recommended minimum inclusion: 0.1–2×10⁸ CFU per kg body weight, adjusted by target species. For feed inclusion, calculate from body weight and target intake.
